My cleint in Umhlanga is currently looking for temporary HR Officer with specific skills in systems and reporting.


Role intent:

- _
Supports the overall HR plans and provide HR generalist support _to enable business objectives
- _
Support and administer best in class employee life cycle HR practices (hire to retire)_
- _
Alignment of budgets, resourcing models & vacancies _Provide _
day to day HR support_to ensure _
efficient HR service delivery_

    HR systems user support,systems administration_
  • Provide _
    HR Reports_and ensures _
    Master data_integrity

Coaching support_for HR Services Administrators (process & systems)


Responsibilities:


  • Supports the HR & Services Manager with
    HR plans and
    HR generalist services and delivery against HR goals for H/O.
  • Supports the HR & Services Manager with the implementation of H/O
    change initiatives including embedding of an optimised H/O structure and change and transition plans.
  • Support and administer best in class
    employee life cycle HR processes (hire to retire)
  • Support the HR Services Manager with H/O
    talent & development processes through providing accurate talent & development data/reports for input into LNA, talent reviews and ongoing management to close succession plans and talent development actions.
  • Coordinate
    employee engagement survey activity for H/O & support with update against action plans
  • Monthly review of
    alignment of budgets, resourcing models & vacancies plus ensuring the availability of orgstructures per site and function.
  • Provide
    HRReportsandensures
    Masterdataintegrity:
  • H/O: Providesaccurateandtimely
    HRdata/reportsasrequiredbyHR&ServicesManager.
  • Provides standard/push HR reports and ensures HR Masterdata integrity.
  • Provides reports for HRD Group engagement e.g. OPCO/initiative updates, etc. Interfaces with Group HR Services (Analyst & System Administrator) for support (as required).
  • Provides
    engaged performance management (EPM) reporting to company and Group Talent requirements.
  • Provides
    coaching support for HR Services Administrators (process improvement) and support &/co
- ordination/Group HR Services interface for HR Services projects.

  • Maintains
    HR policy register and ensures availability of policies on intranet.
  • Ensure
    HR functional excellence and adherence to minimum standards, and ensure compliance to statutory,regulatory or policy requirements

Promote and adhere to company procedures, policies and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)


Job requirements:

HR Diploma/equivalent
:


  • 35 years HR generalist experience within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
  • Experience working on HR systems and providing first line HR systems user support,systems administration and reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of MS office skills and HR system

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months
