GYM SALES ADMINISTRATOR JOB ADVERT
PHOENIX
As sales administrator you will be responsible for growing memberships to the gym whilst providing clerical and organization support to the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and promote membership sales to the facility.
- Discuss membership process and prepare pricing documentation and proposals for customers
- Assist customers with paperwork
- Process paperwork
- Handle customer questions, requests and complaints
- Maintain customer database
- Monitor sales goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their services

Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- A tertiary qualification related to marketing, business or administration
- Proven track record with exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in a gyM/Fitness facility, sales and/or customer service environment is highly advantageous._
Salary:
R7, R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- sales and target driven: 1 year (required)
