Formal hospitality training / education (degree / diploma).

  • Minimum
    5 years restaurant management experience in recognized **hotels of either 4 or 5
- standard**:


  • Front of house as well as back of house experience.
  • Must be guest centred and undertstand how to work with people from all types of backgrounds.
  • Must be prepared to work flexible / variable working hours, nights and weekends.
  • Stable track record essential.
  • Good staff skills and be able to train and get the message accorss effectivly to improve standards.
