Description
Duties/Pligte- Providing academic and managerial leadership to the Department;
- Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the full spectrum of industrial psychology;
- Postgraduate supervision and research;
- Publishing research results in accredited journals;
- Presenting papers at national and international conferences;
- Participating in internal and external service rendering and social impact programmes/activities and interventions relevant to the academic rank.
- Verskaf akademiese en bestuursleierskap aan die Departement;
- Voorgraadse en nagraadse onderrig in die volledige spektrum van bedryfsielkunde;
- Nagraadse studieleiding en navorsing;
- Publikasie van navorsingsuitsette in geakkrediteerde vaktydskrifte;
- Lewering van referate by nasionale en internasionale konferensies;
- Deelname aan interne en eksterne dienslewering en sosiale impak programme/aktiwiteite en intervensies wat toepaslik is tot die akademiese rang.
- A doctorate degree in Industrial Psychology;
- Professional registration with the Professional Board for Psychology as an industrial psychologist;
- Proven record of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level;
- Evidence of completed research supervision of master¿s and doctoral students relevant to the academic rank;
- Recognised research outputs and impact commensurate with appointment as professor/associate professor.
- Doktorsgraad in Bedryfsielkunde;
- Professionele registrasie by die Beroepsraad vir Sielkunde as 'n bedryfsielkundige;
- Bewese rekord van onderrig op voorgraadse en/of nagraadse vlak;
- Bewyse van voltooide navorsingsstudieleiding aan magister
- Erkende navorsingsuitsette en impak in ooreenstemming met aanstelling as professor/medeprofessor.
- Experience in managerial and/or leadership roles;
- Evidence of national and/or international recognition as a researcher through peer reviews or NRF rating;
- National and international involvement in scientific networks to contribute towards knowledge production and dissemination;
- Willingness to act as chair of the Department.
- Ervaring in bestuurs
- en/of leierskap rolle,
- Bewyse van nasionale en/of internasionale erkenning as navorser deur ewekniebeoordeling of NNSnavorsingsgradering;
- Nasionale en internasionale betrokkenheid by wetenskaplike netwerke ten einde bydrae te lewer tot kennis produksie en verspreiding;
- Bereidwilligheid om as voorsitter van die Departement op te tree.
