Description

We are looking for someone who loves storytelling and is passionate about connecting with our brand to create compelling content that showcases Eblocks's impact and thought leadership to our customers and the broader technology industry.


You will be working with the team and produce content to support marketing campaigns that contribute to our business growth, including social media, digital marketing campaigns, and writing/ editing articles.


You will be part of a tight-knit team and be supported by colleagues across the marketing function and our growth plan, including social media, brand, internal communications, and our in-house designers.

Here is what will be in store for you when you join Eblocks as Junior Customer Marketing Content Marketer


Responsibilities:


  • Work with our internal, guests, and multimedia teams to plan, publish, and promote Eblocks content.
  • Work with and manage any external agency support required for producing key deliverables
  • Work with the internal team to produce innovative marketing content and communities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Creativity and the ability to think critically and contribute innovative ideas.
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles and website content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
  • Previous experience or coursework in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Assist in market research activities, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer insights.
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Help manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • You have content and marketing experience and some work available to showcase your skills
  • Are proactive and able to take a brief and run with it
  • Are able to turn complex ideas into compelling and accessible content
  • Are able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Be able to work with senior staff to produce and market content
  • Have excellent verbal and written English skills

Professional skills

  • You love to learn and have a strong curiosity mindset for continuous learning.
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and can deliver highquality work.
  • You are passionate about storytelling and keen to grow your content marketing and strategy skills.
  • You are curious and willing to learn.
  • You are comfortable using (or learning to use) different content mechanisms to reach our executive business audience, including written articles, podcasts, webinars, and video content.
