Job Advert Summary:

MHR is looking for a
female
Theatre experienced Professional Nurse (PN) to assist a specialist in his
endoscopy room at a facility in
Claremont in
Cape Town Southern Suburbs.

This is an opportunity to work
regular day shifts (08:00 - 18:00) from
beginning January 2023 until
end of February 2023.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid SANC licence
At least 4 years postqualification Professional Nurse experience
Theatre experience, including
endoscopy experience is essential
Must be available for regular day shifts in January and February 202
Must have own valid indemnity cover for 2023

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the endoscopy theatre, administering of infusions and subcutaneous injections as part of gastrointestinal disease management.
Executes duties and responsibilities according to scope of practice
Delivers quality nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety
