Description
My client is a top end, highly up market restaurant in the Southern Suburbs.


Responsibilities:


  • Add master items and PLU items
  • Capture costing and receipts for each PLU item
  • Add to and maintain Pilot touch design, keep Pilot clean
  • Capture GRV's on Pilot
  • Capture stock waste on Pilot
  • Capture food and beverage stock take on Pilot
  • Produce necessary reports for GM and F&B manager
Creditors

  • Capture all invoices on Sage
  • Collect and reconcile creditors statements on Evolution and Pilot
  • Load payments taking discounts and returns off
  • Continuously follow up with suppliers for credit notes
  • Import supplier invoices, credit notes from Pilot to Sage Evolution
  • Reconcile creditors every week
  • Reconcile month end creditors for 30 days
General

  • Order stationery
  • General filing, record keeping
  • Attend to telephone calls, assist when managers are not available
  • Manage bookings when managers are not available

Requirements:


  • Minimum of Matric certificate
  • Minimum 4 years hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Pilot, Sage Evolution
