They are a renowned Casino Resort destination, offering a diverse range of gaming options, world-class dining, entertainment, and luxurious accommodations.

As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking an experienced and visionary Casino General Manager to steer their operations to new heights.


Position Overview:


As the Casino General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our casino resort, from gaming operations and customer service to staff management and financial performance.

Your leadership and strategic vision will be critical in ensuring the continued success and growth of our establishment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Gaming Operations: Oversee the casino floor operations, ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and maximizing gaming revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our casino resort.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the casino, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees, promoting a positive work environment and a commitment to excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the casino complies with all relevant gaming laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Security and Safety: Prioritize the safety and security of guests and staff by implementing robust security measures and emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

  • A formal related qualification and/or extensive experience in the background in all areas of management, with special emphasis in either Finance, Gaming or Human Resources and some knowledge and experience in all three of these areas.
  • Proven experience in casino management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
