TRAINER, ASSESSOR & MODERATOR FOR AGRISETA QUALIFICATIONS


  • Matric
  • Valid License and Own vehicle
  • Registered Assessor and/or Moderator in the following qualification:
  • Fruit and Packing Processes NQF
  • At least one of the Accreditations Required:

Inherent requirements:

  • AgriSeta
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer and or lecturer
  • Well versed in the English language and at least one other Official
South African language

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern (online) job training methods and techniques
  • Train course material to trainees as and when required.
  • Provide required support via electronic channels
  • Need to be able to listen effectively, absorb and retain information provided.
  • Handling of administration duties by maintaining accurate records and feedback effectively.

Duties and responsibilities:

Ability to manage employed and unemployed learners effectively.

  • Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills.
  • Continuously be in contact with the Project Manager throughout the training intervention
  • Provide support and monitor learner progress
  • Continuously keep updated on the developments in course material that you are accredited to train
  • Adhere to the codes of conduct of the Company and the SETA's
  • Willing to work unusual hours and weekend work occasionally
  • Willing to travel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Constant attention to detail and accuracy

Working hours:
Training is from 08:30am to 3:30pm. (Times may vary as per client request)
