TRAINER, ASSESSOR & MODERATOR FOR AGRISETA QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- Valid License and Own vehicle
- Registered Assessor and/or Moderator in the following qualification:
- Fruit and Packing Processes NQF
- At least one of the Accreditations Required:
Inherent requirements:
- AgriSeta
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer and or lecturer
- Well versed in the English language and at least one other Official
- Familiarity with traditional and modern (online) job training methods and techniques
- Train course material to trainees as and when required.
- Provide required support via electronic channels
- Need to be able to listen effectively, absorb and retain information provided.
- Handling of administration duties by maintaining accurate records and feedback effectively.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ability to manage employed and unemployed learners effectively.
- Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- Continuously be in contact with the Project Manager throughout the training intervention
- Provide support and monitor learner progress
- Continuously keep updated on the developments in course material that you are accredited to train
- Adhere to the codes of conduct of the Company and the SETA's
- Willing to work unusual hours and weekend work occasionally
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy

Working hours:
Training is from 08:30am to 3:30pm. (Times may vary as per client request)
