Key responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front office, housekeeping, spa and guest services teams.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the front office, housekeeping, spa and guest services departments.
- Monitor and optimize room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, and industry regulations.
- Guest Experience
- Collaborate with the guest services to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and
- Revenue Management
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotions and packages to drive revenue.
- Implement and manage effective yield management practices.
- Actively promote and sell day visitors packages through innovative ideas, systems and structure
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the rooms division departments.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within hotel operations, with a focus on rooms division.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
