My client is a prestigious luxury boutique hotel located on the Atlantic Seaboard Cape Town, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and unparalleled guest experiences

As they continue to set new standards in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team.

*Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Lead and inspire a dedicated team to maintain high service standards.
Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget planning.

*Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Manager / Hotel Manager in a luxury or 5* setting.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Ability to make quick decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent problemsolving and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.

*Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial experience in a luxury hotel.
