To manage the daily business and deliver key projects for the business-facing People & Culture Function as required by the stakeholders.
Liaise with business units across the Everyday Banking Cluster on strategic and operational plans; people change agenda and facilitating the area wide global interaction and integration.
Job Description:
Business Management:
To provide specialist advice and support in assisting to manage and deliver on projects | Dealing with Stakeholders: Taking responsibility for managing the expectations of stakeholders |
Managing Others:
Take responsibility for the effective management of others | Ensure that timelines are met: Manage team in such a way that deadlines are met | Full reporting and tracking management of all People related matters | Keep Chief People Officer (CPO) aware of all critical matters pertaining to the workforce | Ensure the smooth running and enablement of the P&C calendar across the cluster | Manage expenses with the approval of the CPO | Manage People-related Risk and Governance across the Cluster | Ensure collaboration with the People Experience team | Manage and maintain the P&C Cluster Scorecard
Education
Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
