Looking for a Team Leader / Branch Manager to fully manage a NPO branch in Brooklyn Pretoria.

Must have experience in running a branch and the responsibilities associated with it; including and not limited to:


  • Assess the children's needs / requirement
  • Ensuring the effective operations of the Pretoria department
  • Management of all referrals
  • Ensure that all referrals are captured and placed into system
  • Ensure that you allocate field worker to assess child need / requirement.
  • Communicating with social worker, Dr and nurses pertaining to referral and assessment
  • Ensure that all assessment forms are completed correctly and are scanned in respectively
  • Shopping for the requirements
  • Ordering of the requirements
  • Ordering of stock
  • Receiving of stock
  • Dispatch the stock to the regions
  • Handling of all petty cash
  • Reconciliation of bank statement and petty cash
  • Balancing of petty cash
  • Ensuring the maintenance of cordial relationships by going to hospitals and seeing the Dr and social workers
  • Coordinating of all outings.
  • Coordinating all transport
  • Sourcing of and coordinating of all venue requirements and needs
  • Sourcing of and coordinating of all food requirements for an event
  • Coordinating gifts for functions
  • Dealing with all queries and problem solve all problems
  • Coordinating of the volunteers
  • The effective and efficient coordination and teaching of the wrapping
  • The training of volunteers
  • Effective and Efficient administration
  • Setting meetings every Tuesday
  • Coordination of all travel requirements
  • Collect and delivery of families, where applicable for travel requirements
  • Adhering to all management requests
  • EVO codes for children
  • Reconciliation of Donor accounts
  • Training of new field workers

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bloemfontein,

Free State:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
