Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

To create order numbers for sublets and insure that they are costed accordingly.
To generate credit notes as requested by management from time to time.
To pass sublet invoices to finance for payment.
To print copy invoices for filing.
To draft and prepare any reports required.
To address all queries.
To ensure that job cards are filed.
To ensure that order numbers are noted on the invoice.
To ensure that invoices are costed to the correct account.
Run month end on workshop management system.
Update vehicle history on system
Load new accounts on system
Load additional vehicles on system

Grade 12
Computer literacy, Office, Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word
Knowledge and experience on SAP and P/Lan will be beneficial.
