Our UK based tech client is looking for energetic, analytical and numerate individuals to generate new business leads in this hybrid role.

Your primary objective would be to make outgoing calls from a quality database to senior decision-makers. You will employ your sales and digital marketing experience, negotiation skills, and professional manner to identify business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Having intelligent conversations over the phone with relevant contacts across different sectors about their IT strategy to provide added value to their clients
  • Market research, uncovering insights into pain points, projects and current initiatives across a variety of different industries
  • Understanding a range of technology campaigns and products, quickly getting to grips with our clients' services and products
  • Gathering intelligence to identify potential opportunities for clients
  • Working alongside our large team of SDRs, supporting them with relevant information and insights
  • Liaising effectively with stakeholders internally across the business, and externally with clients

Requirements:


  • Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business, and externally with our different clients.
  • Engaging with a range of prospects, including Csuite/Directors, from different organizations, from Blue Chip to Public Sector.
  • Lead on discovery conversations with prospects on behalf of our clients, to unearth challenges and an understanding digital roadmap for the coming year.
  • Strive to learn on a daytoday basis, and provide mentorship to those in your team and around you.
  • Delivering a World-Class Customer Service for clients at every touchpoint of the process, adhering to best practice.
  • Work in tandem with clients to manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable administration and update all activity in salesforce, our CRM.
  • Previous experience in an SDR role is desirable but not necessary.
  • An interest or affinity with the Tech industry.
