Our client in the paper, packaging and recycling industry is looking for a Human Resource Manager in Nelspruit to join their team

Minimum requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent
Min 5 years' experience in HR working in a manufacturing environment
Must have sound knowledge of Labour Law
Must have experience in Labour Relations Management in a unionized environment essential
Must have experience in representing the company at CCMA and Stats Council
Must be computer literate and familiar with HR systems
Must have sound understanding of business principles and the HR environment
Must have knowledge of risk management and compliance
Must be willing to work overtime
Must be willing to travel
Must have valid drivers license and own transport
