Job Summary

Purpose Statement
To maintain and expand relationships with Account customers, (Assigned to a specific list of named customers (25 Accounts)

Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned Key Account objectives

Representing the entire range of Eazi company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met

Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position

The Job is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities
Secure the revenue stream of the business

  • Execute the monthly Account Sales plan
  • Develop and maintain Long Term Contract rental
Budget and forecasting management

  • Forecast Account stock requirements
  • Deliver Turnover in line with or in excess of the Accounts Budget
Develop potential within Key Accounts

  • Convert key prospects who have strategic importance or offer valuable business potential
  • Maximize strategic potential within the Accounts by utilizing National Service Network
Maintain commercial policy

  • Implement National and Regional Account Customer pricing and service level strategies
  • Ensure credit management criteria of the business is adhered to
  • Ensure the decision makers and influencers in the decisionmaking process are identified and called on regularly
Customer relationship management

  • Build strong customer relationships with the Accounts at different tiers
  • Know and understand your customers business and needs
  • Call on Customers that hire from Competitors weekly and feedback information at weekly sales meetings
  • Oversee call cycles to ensure Accounts receive premium customer service
  • Monitor customer satisfaction
Develop market intelligence and translate into market needs

  • Drive product and service expansion opportunities within Accounts
  • Identify opposition threats and implement strategy to neutralizeGeneral Management
  • Generate monthly reports regarding the performance of AccountsInformation Flow
  • Gather and distribute strategic account information to Sales Manager
  • Strategic account sites for management liaising with Area Sales Consultants
  • Liaising with Area Sales Consultants daily to ensure service levels are delivered on sites

Qualifications
Minimum

Grade 12

Recommended

Diploma in Sales and Marketing


Experience

  • 5 Years Sales experience of which 3 years involvement with Accounts Management in a businesstobusiness environment.
  • 3 Years Mining/Construction/Industrial experience an advantage
  • Rental Industry knowledge an advantage
  • 3 years' experience Working in a CRM environment an advantage

Knowledge

  • Proposal generation and presentation
  • Customer Reconciliations

  • Report Writing
  • Fully computer literate, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Must have valid driver's license
