Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful implementation of the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and a love for learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a highperforming team of educators and support staff.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the school, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of education and enhance the overall learner experience.
  • Drive innovation and embrace emerging educational trends to ensure our learners are prepared for the challenges of the future.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, with exposure to the Cambridge curriculum.
  • At least a Master's Degree in an Educational field
  • A deep understanding of educational best practices and a proven track record of delivering exceptional academic results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners, parents, and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
  • A visionary mindset, with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative educational initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all learners.
