Description
A large Corporate & Leisure Hotel seeks an experienced & professional Banqueting & Conferencing Co-ordindator.

Attend to all enquiries via all platforms timeously

Present site inspections

Provide meticulous quotes

Excellent upselling & negotiation skills

Ability to convert from an enquiry to a Sale

Willing & able to work a Saturday Morning when required

Solid MS office & proficent in Meetings & Events software systems

Willing to have a hands on approach

Prepare the weekly function sheets for the various departments

Have a harmonious working relationship with Operations & the Kitchen

Have excellent relations with Suppliers

Be bi-lingual

Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
