Description

We are looking for a young, dynamic and vibey deputy GM with a strong Food & Beverage or Operational background. Live-in position. Please note SEMPLER OPS Knowledge will be hugely advantageous.

Must have previous experience in upmarket Lodges or Small Luxury Hotels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent

  • Hospitality/Tourism /business related tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years functional management experience (HOD or AGM) in a hospitality or related environment

General Management, Food & Beverage Management, Restaurant Management, Conference & Banqueting Management, Food & Beverage Cost Control

Salary:
R17, R22,000.00 per month
