Deputy Hotel Manager - Magaliesburg, South Africa - C & G (Hospitality) Recruitment
Description
We are looking for a young, dynamic and vibey deputy GM with a strong Food & Beverage or Operational background. Live-in position. Please note SEMPLER OPS Knowledge will be hugely advantageous.
Must have previous experience in upmarket Lodges or Small Luxury Hotels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Hospitality/Tourism /business related tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years functional management experience (HOD or AGM) in a hospitality or related environment
Key Areas of Responisbility:
General Management, Food & Beverage Management, Restaurant Management, Conference & Banqueting Management, Food & Beverage Cost Control
Salary:
R17, R22,000.00 per month
