A thriving company in the Investment Administration sector is in need of a dedicated Implementations Manager to act as the business leader of implementations, ensuring the delivery of business results. This key role focuses on meeting ongoing business needs and driving the implementation of best practices organization-wide at a strategic level.

As the Implementation Manager, you will champion the use of continuous improvement methodologies and tools across the business, playing a crucial role in identifying and implementing projects in collaboration with operations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma in Information Systems/Business Science/Project Management
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Financial Services setting
  • Knowledge of:
  • Retail Investment field
  • Transfer Agency

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing effective delivery frameworks internally and with external IT service providers
  • Overseeing delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including client implementation
  • Leading future project implementations and system enhancements by collaborating with various business departments and system owners
  • Providing professional project updates to clients
  • Prioritizing and managing client requests through the backlog and delivery pipeline
  • Ensuring the delivery of agreed priorities for the year at a strategic level
  • Managing the delivery relationship with our external IT service providers
  • Establishing systems, procedures, and methodologies to support successful project delivery
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of projects to drive effective delivery solutions
  • Being accountable for project delivery performance, meeting both internal and external client expectations, and anticipating future needs
  • Analyzing internal and third-party processes and devising strategies for optimizing project delivery
