DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Greet hotel guests, answer any questions or concerns.
- Provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintain an orderly front desk.
- Operate computer programs and multiline phone systems.
- Maintain guest records and book reservations.
- Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort.
- Coordinate and ensure everything is compliant operationally.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitalityrelated roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and guest management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
R250.00 per day

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service, front desk, or hospitalityrelated roles: 2 years (preferred)
