_Requirements:
_
- _ Matric_
- _ 5 years of experience in a Dispatch Supervisory role_
- _ Must be fluent in Afrikaans_
- _ SAP/Pastel/Accpac experience_
- _ Must have previous invoicing experience_

_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Responsible for the dispatching and collection of goods, supervising general assistants, and always ensuring effective communication with internal and external customers._
- _ Maintaining good housekeeping in the dispatch and receiving area._
- _ Ensuring that all orders and stock in the dispatch area are correctly labeled and stored in the correct location_
- _ Managing the shipping of orders for delivery purposes._
- _ Managing and overseeing all aspects of staging, packaging, and dispatch of orders._
- _ Planning the daily deliveries and route plans for the drivers_
- _ Ensures the goods that are loaded onto the company vehicle are packed in the prescribed manner to minimize the risk of damage to the company or customers property_
- _ Ensure branch transfers are dispatched and that the procedures are followed._
- _ Managing the dispatch staff to ensure that the workload is performed timeously_
- _ Ensures that the delivery vehicles are well maintained (servicing and cleanliness) by the drivers_
- _ Ensuring that all items on the sales order are invoiced correctly_
- _ Generating system delivery notes and Invoices_
- _ Process stock transfers on the system_
- _ Reconciling the manual Delivery Notebook on a weekly basis_
- _ Ensuring that the driver log sheets are filed in the correct manner_
- _ Ensuring that all dispatch-related administration is well managed and that all relevant documentation is returned and filed (delivery notes/waybills etc)._
- _ Ensure that all documents for items received are issued to the receiving coordinator_
