Description

The main responsibilities of the position includes:

  • Representing and selling the companys hardware,tool products and services to customers and obtaining orders in the allocated hardware markets.
  • Achieving agreed sales volumes and GP targets for the area of responsibility.
  • Keeping the Regional Sales Manager informed of competitor activity and customer status and weekly activities.
  • Obtaining new business for LASHER by calling on new and existing customers and obtaining orders and also promoting new products into the market.
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by:
  • Calling regularly on customers
  • Ensuring that orders are processed and delivered.
  • Following up with customers
  • Resolving customer problems and complaints speedily.
  • Have customer centric skills
  • Have excellent communication ability written & verbal
  • Have excellent product knowledge
  • Be persuasive
  • Travel extensively and be based in Gauteng.
  • Have self confidence
  • Be computer literate MS Windows
