Our client requires a Financial Administrator responsible for maintaining financial and accounting services to meet legislative requirements. At least 5 years of practical experience is

Scope

The Finance Administrator reports to the Senior Manager and is responsible for issuing quotations and invoices, import bank statements and allocate transactions, assist with preparing management packs, preparing the payroll, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable. The Finance Administrator must ensure compliance with all applicable legislations.

Failure to provide adequate services may result in lost or misused revenues, inaccurate financial statements and financial hardships for employees, contractors, and suppliers if the payroll and/or accounts payables are not processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
