To lead a team of process engineers and analysts responsible for analysis of projects and processes that will drive the implementation of projects across the business

Are you someone who can:

  • Engage in crossfunctional relationships to obtain and to provide work support
  • Ensure that product or service knowledge and advice is technically accurate
  • Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects /initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress
  • Ensure implementation of relevant policies, governance and practice standards across the business
  • Identify and act on opportunities to integrate learning and skills development solutions and processes with other specialist practices
  • Monitor and evaluate plans, focus on results and measure attainment of outcomes
  • Manage team in respect of recruitment decisions, performance moderation, talent management process, disciplinary action, recognition and retention of employees
  • Have a relevant Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent
  • Have recognized Process Analysis, Optimisation certification(s) or similar
  • Have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior management level
  • Keep abreast of learning opportunities, changing products and trends
  • Coach to improve performance and develop skills of team members
  • Motivate and keep your team engaged
