TEMPORARY SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATORS - DURBAN
Salary - Market Related
PURPOSE
To provide office administration support services relating to filing, data Capturing, records management, Reporting and other office/programme related basic administrative activities.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
Information capturing, provide document Management and control services, provide procurement administration support, Ensure that suppliers are loaded in the Vendor Management System, Provide general office administration support
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualification
Work Experience:
None. Or one-year experience, in admin or related role, if no certification - post matric is available.
Competencies:
Planning, Filing systems, Document control, Office Administration, Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information, Operational knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
Skills:
Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving skills, Computer literacy skills, Organising skills, Creativity skills, Effective time management skills and Accuracy and efficiency skills.
