Location:
Cape Town (2 days in-office and 3 days remote)

Reporting line:
Studio Manager

Short term fixed term contract (circa 6-7 months)

Job summary:

Responsibilities:

Media content planning
Pre production & arranging filming (with international venders)
Prepping presenters to be filmed
Facilitating remote (laptop) filming with SMEs
Facilitate the log and transfer of footage
Facilitate reviews of work and deliver final media (video, graphic and motion graphic media)
Provide creative input and a learning voice to your work
Manage media budgets closely with Project Managers and escalate risks in a timely manner
Project Manage the media portion of multiple projects

Requirements:

You have:

_Skill level: Mid-Senior (Full time)_:

4+ years Experience in producing, project management or production coordination
Pre and post production workflow knowledge
Experience and confidence in client communication
Pingpong skills (nice but not necessary)
