Key responsibilities:


  • Respond to prospective enquiries received via the WBS sales mailbox, incoming telephone calls and relevant CRM systems, and provide detailed and accurate information relating to courses offered;
  • Interface with potential delegates both telephonically and electronically, giving reliable advice on merits of courses and difference between courses;
  • Ensure leads are actioned within a 46 hour period;
  • Capturing, responding and updating leads on the Salesforce and Wits Enterprise platforms;
  • Communicate pricing, invoicing and registration instructions clearly to delegates prior to course commencement;
  • Ensure customer questions or complaints are timeously addressed and rectified;
  • Record keeping of follow ups and feedback from participants are logged on the system in line with set turnaround times;

  • Provide updated data and statistics on a weekly basis to support the decisionmaking process in relation to the commencement or postponement of courses;
  • Working with the Line Manager to coordinate information sessions for potential and confirmed delegates;
  • Direct high level course questions to the relevant senior stakeholders in the office;
  • Ensure that participants receive invoices and pay fees prior to commencement of the course or in accordance with the relevant WBS policies;
  • Support WBS Finance department by reconciling paid/not paid listing of delegates per course and follow up outstanding invoice amounts and provide general administrative and organisational support to the office in relation to the entire course delivery value chain.

  • Ability to represent Executive Education programmes to potential delegates;
  • Ability to work well with others;
  • Customer service skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite);
  • Ability to sell products and services;
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Deadline and target driven; and ability to work under pressure and in the delegate / client service spotlight.

Minimum academic and job requirements:


  • Relevant three year qualification or post matric Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 year's work experience;
  • A strong focus on service excellence and a valid driver's license
