Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

HR Documentation & Records

Recruitment and training

Onboarding and Exits

Payroll and leave processing

Performance management and disciplinary action

Liaison and management of outsource partners

Monitoring and updating compliance with labour regulations and Health and Safety requirements

Effective teamwork, self-management and alignment with Organisational values

Grade 12

Human Resource management qualification or In-depth knowledge of human resource management techniques

In-depth knowledge about human resources regulatory framework in South Africa

Good understanding of the process of managing people

Proven track record in stakeholder management
