Requirements:


  • Agile Scrum certification.
  • Must have experience in delivering products using the Scrum methodology.
  • Must be able to define product backlogs.
  • Must be able to conduct sprint planning.
  • Must be able to run sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Must be able to facilitate product releases and deployments.
  • Must be able to manage multiple Scrum teams.
  • Must be able to manage multiple sprints for the same or different products.
  • Must be able to conduct reporting on product increments.
  • Must be able to conduct reporting to the various product and initiative stakeholders (e.g., Senior Management, Steering Committee, etc.).
  • The proposed resource must be able to manage product delivery finances and reporting for the various initiatives.

This includes reporting on the following:

  • Budget planning.
  • Budget versus actual.
  • Burn rate per sprint.
  • Budget forecasting.
  • Billing & invoice processing.
  • Must be proficient in the following tools and technologies:
  • Microsoft Project.
  • Enterprise Project Management Systems.


  • Microsoft Office 36

  • The Scrum Master should, at minimum, have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • COBIT.
  • Agile Certification.
  • Role-Related Certifications.
  • Other digital certifications.
  • The resources should at least have the following qualifications:
  • Certified ScrumMaster Practitioner or equivalent.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • The proposed resource must have at least 5 years' experience in implementing IT projects in the financial services or asset management sector.
The proposed resource must have experience with delivering products using Scrum framework.
