Job Purpose
To provide strategic and tactical leadership and direction for IT Infrastructure & Operations

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

Strategic and Tactical Direction:
Infrastructure Lifecyle Roadmaps
Trends in Information and Communication Technology
Process Automation and Innovation
Cloud computing

Operations:
Ensure stable and robust IT infrastructure operations (availability & performance)
Plan, coordinate and execute installations, moves, additions and changes to IT
infrastructure
Increase efficiency & End user support

Budgeting / Financial / Commercial:
Input to overall IT Budget
Vendor Management
Recommend budget for projects and services

Security and Compliance:
Ensure security of our information assets.
Manage and maintain clean cyber hygiene
Enforce IT group governance policies

Communication:
Communication to End-users and Stakeholders (verbal & written)
Service Level Reporting
