Description
Duties include (not limited to):
- Review material and labour requirements
- Calculate the cost estimate according to the specifications supplied by Sales/ Clients
- Ability to read and interpret client RFQ specifications
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to review and build Bill of Materials.
- Understanding of internal and external printing specifications
- Take responsibility and accountability for completion of quotes i.e.
- Building good client and supplier relationship and seek ways to achieve price competitiveness and good service;
- Present professional, formal quotes with attention to detail, good language and demonstrating a sound, practical understanding of the product and whilst ensuring consistency in the price quotes;
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 and 2 years' experience as a Print Estimator
- Extensive knowledge of Large Format digital print & Small Format Digital print estimating (HP Indigo).
- Proficient in Quick Easy software
- Good negotiation skills / Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail & accuracy with figures are vitally important.

Experience:
- estimating: 2 years (required)
- printing: 2 years (preferred)
