The Construction Planner will report to the Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction schedules for projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation and procurement timelines.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and propose strategies.
Utilize project management software to track progress, update schedules, and communicate with Project & Construction Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Provide regular progress reports to management and clients, highlighting achievements and addressing any deviations from the schedule.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in construction planning.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera 6 or Microsoft Projects.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
