LetsLink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting a private hospital based in Gauteng to employ a
Registered Nurse Theatre Unit Manager.

Key work outputs:

Manage activities in the Unit
Manage all costs in the unit, ensure correct billing, stock management and purchasing
Facilitate timeous and accurate compilation of administration processes in the Unit
Identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure quality improvement initiatives are developed and measured
Investigate negative incidents and ensure appropriate steps are taken
Monitor safety standards
Ensure compliance with protocols, polices and Acts
Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
Control of asset register
Ensure safe, cost effective quality patient care
