Welcome the client and attend to them with empathy and compassion.

❖ Consult clients and advise on the best options available.

❖ Create quotations for clients according to the clients' specific needs.

❖ Follow up on quotations issued and obtain useful feedback for research purposes.

❖ Lodge claims and follow up on the status of the claim.

❖ Obtain regular feedback from clients for the improvement of products and services

❖ Handle all funeral queries and complaints from clients and escalate to the relevant department.

❖ Raise, submit and follow up on the requisitions for the funerals department.

❖ Scheduling all funeral services.

❖ Introduce new ideas and Implement strategies to increase brand visibility.

❖ Coordinate and supervise the funeral process to ensure quality and efficient service delivery.

❖ Ensuring funeral equipment is clean, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

❖ Conduct surveys, research and keeps up to date with funeral trends

❖ Occasionally inspect and observe funeral services.

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)

License/Certification:
