Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- BCom in Supply Chain
- MS Office & SAP experience beneficial
- Dealing with daily VMI/Replenishment of all inventory articles on planning and/or any ad hoc orders requested by stores
- Daily PMF's: This is process management forums; This includes inter alia daily conversions of purchase requisitions, running instock reports for Business Critical and Overall Stock, managing exception messages.
- Calculation of replenishment levels, oversight of article behaviour and change in average daily consumption.
- Housekeeping: This relates to ensuring that the SAP system does not contain old elements such as open purchase orders, etc. and that exception messages are carefully monitored.
- Managing stock outs and placing of top up orders in the case of unusual demand.
