We have an exciting opprtunity for a
Fulfilment Coordinator within our
Supply Chain Team This position will be based at our offices in
Kuilsriver and will report directly to the
Order Fulfilment Manager.
By taking on this opportunity, you will coordinate online commerce fulfilment activities which requires a strong focus on customer service, stakeholder management and engagement whilst constantly considering costs, performance, and customer expectation
Qualifications:
- Matric with mathematics is essential
- A preferred relevant degree in Logistics / Operations Management / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or Business / Commerce is advantageous
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in order fulfilment and logistics
- Previous change management experience
- Experience in online commerce (minimum 1 years)
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of relevant consumer protection act principles
- Online commerce pick and pack customer order knowledge
- Online commerce fulfilment requirements
- Additional Specific Requirements
- Must be available after hours over a 7day week
- The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fastpaced work environment
- Flexible approach to work as dark store operations can spread over shifts
- Recommendations to management to improve processes, service delivery and compliance
- Shows Influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills
- Displays Problem solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical level
- Has the ability to work cross functionally in a service led environment
- Can engage and interact professionally with internal and external people
- Possess the ability to use data analytics to evaluate problems and make decisions towards a solution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Is selfmotivated and willing to take initiative
- Displays working knowledge of M36
- Organised approach to task completion
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IBT (Inter Branch Transfer) process between dark store and Central Planning
- Identify, correct, and track transporter claims for both online commerce as well as store merchandise deliveries
- Issue resolution and corrective actions implemented
- Complete transporter claim form and manage workflow
- Identify and report fulfilment risk
- Customer parcel delivery, return tracking and management
- SLA agreements, tracking and management
- Continuous improvement initiatives are identified and reported
- Process compliance reports and trends
- SOPs are understood and complied with
- Regular report produced daily, weekly, and monthly
- Clear analysis and recommendations
- Controlling of expenditure, tracking, and reporting against online commerce fulfilment budget
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Investigate and record root causes. Implement corrective action to prevent future incidents where relevant.
- Liaison between dark store and business
