Your Impact

  • Liaise with internal functions to support Customer Servicerelated queries, within targeted response times.
  • Work with internal departments in order to resolve issues affecting dealer aftersales performance.
  • Follow up on customer back orders, in line with order category resolution objectives.
  • Prioritize actions in liaison with Logistics, in order to improve delivery promises and inform Dealers / Distributors accordingly.
  • Proactive use and follow up of the VOR backorder escalation process.
  • Proactive feedback to Dealers / Distributors, to communication actions undertaken to resolve customer issues (Part lead time, shipment tracking, part identification, systems info & training).
  • Handle / answer pricing queries and update ACMs on ongoing issues / process.
  • Liaise with and support the logistics coordinator
  • Southern Africa, to resolve customer freight, service quality issues, and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree level based.
  • Experience in Export Customer Service in a related industry.
  • Sound knowledge of the Parts and Aftermarket business from both a general and market specific perspective.
  • Sound knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
  • An awareness of Supply Chain and Logistics procedures.
