Consultant:

  • Duties to support the CEO such as preparing documents, organising calendar, etc.
  • Attend operations meetings and other meetings as required
  • General switchboard duties
  • Organising adhoc events (e.g. annual functions)
  • Keep record of all staff and key client information (birthdays, HR info, etc)
  • Stationery procurement
  • Invoicing process from gathering all information to compiling, distributing and payment reconciliations.
  • Monitoring and Reconciliations keeping track of key operational financials such as payment of deposits by clients, administrative expenses (stationery, etc)
  • Expense approvals providing CEO with consolidated weekly invoice approval requirements
  • Petty cash, credit cards, expense claims overall reconciliations
  • Potential clients (previsit / sales) discussing standard offerings and rates; liaison between client and CEO to secure bookings.
  • Visiting clients (during & postvisit) coordinating certain aspects of their stay (daily scheduling, travel, general enquiries, etc); ensuring debrief with CEO before departure.
  • Conference and Ad-Hoc clients coordinate logístical arrangements.

Qualifications:


  • Min 58 years' experience in relevant field
  • A high school certificate and diploma or equivalent is required
  • Customer service experience, preferably in sports industry setting, is preferred but not critical
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent general administrative and time management skills
  • Good basic understanding of financials
  • Good basic understanding of and interest in hospitality and sport industry
  • Can retain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
