Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using industrystandard automation tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance engineers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report defects accurately.
Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and automation strategies.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in software testing and test automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
Handson experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Robot Framework).
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester) are a plus.
