Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cash control
- Banking
- Petty Cash
- Reconciliation of accounts payable
- Payment of Suppliers
- Obtaining of invoices from Suppliers
- Handling of all claims from Suppliers
- Posting of invoices accurately before cutoff dates
- Posting of invoices against correct account code
- Accurate loading of payments
- Accurate posting of Suppliers
- General ledger
