RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use the findings to shape marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and PR activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and propose innovative marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for specific projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing events, and conferences.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant degree, 3- 5 years
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies (understanding of the professional services industry is advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods to derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on setting and achieving measurable goals.9. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and requirements.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing of products/services is desirable
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- CRM software: 3 years (preferred)
