Essential minimum qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Oenology and Viticulture;
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant winemaking experience in a bulk wine environment;
  • Knowledge of different quality control systems;
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Wine MS).
