Applications are invited for 3 x In-Service Trainees _Food technology students for a period of 12 months:


  • Requirements:
  • Grade 12/Matric and tertiary records. Must be academically sound.
  • Completed all theoretical modules in Food Technology and only need P1 and P2 to graduate.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist and perform routine laboratory Analysis and Quality according to standard procedures
  • Report analytical results timeously and capture onto laboratory database thereafter
  • Participate actively in laboratory housekeeping (5S) and retention sample rotation.
  • Perform sensory/ organoleptic testing on finished products
  • Quality management
  • Audits Technical support / Troubleshooting
  • On the job training Food safety Form sensory/ organoleptic testing on finished products

Job Types:
Permanent, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
R5,000.00 per month
