Leading National Financial Institution has a vacancy for a SENIOR CLAIMS CONSULTANT for their SHORT TERM INSURANCE DIVISION in the heart of Durban.
Description of Role:
To provide clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- The registration and maintenance of all motor and nonmotor claims on existing policies; (Commercial and Personal)
- Marine
- Small Craft Claims / Hull Claims exp adv
- Handling all claims until finality
- Limited client liaison and assistance with queries; and
- Recoveries and Third Party approaches
Qualification/s & Experience:
− Full qualification at NQF Level 4
− Class of Business Training (if applicable).
− FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5).
− Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Skills:
− Attention to detail and a systematic, thorough approach;
− Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
− Excellent conflict handling skills;
− Highly competent with MS Office suite, paperless environment & Workflow experience.
Behavioral Attributes:
− A strong focus on customer service delivery, professionalism and integrity;
− The ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining good humour and effectiveness throughout; − Team player.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
