Technical Call Center Agents - Durban, South Africa - Careerbox
Description
Must have a Neutral Accent- Prefer customer service experience handling agitated customers
- Prefer a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year technical support experience
- Prefer basic knowledge of copper and fiber internet connectivity
- Must have basic knowledge of a variety of operating systems such all supported Windows Suites and Macintosh OS X
- Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Prefer phone experience in call center environment
- Must be flexible to working a variety of hours, as the center is open 24 x
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer relations skills.
- Educated sales approach
Salary:
From R5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
