Must have a Neutral Accent

  • Prefer customer service experience handling agitated customers
  • Prefer a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year technical support experience
  • Prefer basic knowledge of copper and fiber internet connectivity
  • Must have basic knowledge of a variety of operating systems such all supported Windows Suites and Macintosh OS X
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware
  • Prefer phone experience in call center environment
  • Must be flexible to working a variety of hours, as the center is open 24 x
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer relations skills.
  • Educated sales approach

Salary:
From R5,500.00 per month

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
