Description
Large well established company with a well known brand is currently looking for General Manager to manage their Durban branch.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Matric Certificate
- Own Car
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 5 years General Management experience in a service industry
- Previous sales and sales management experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Relevant qualification
- Sales Management Diploma / Operations/Logistics Diploma / Applicable Degree or Diploma
- Managing the profitability of the branch
- Managing employees and branch on a daily basis
- Oversee and manage sales, operations, administration and finance
- Ensuring branch and regional guidelines are met
- Improving service delivery to achieve operational requirements
- Ensuring ISO guidelines are adhered to
- Training and development of staff
- Grow the business through additional and existing Customers
- Ensuring branch related targets are met
- Managing the branch's budget and expenses
