As the Front of House Anchor, you will assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the lodge.

Ensure ultimate guest relations and maintain the highest service standards.

Manage and training of all lodge staff in line with the company's standard of excellence.

Responsible for effective administration of orders and stock control.

Someone with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Exceptional F&B knowledge and financial management ability.

A minimum of 4 years' experience within a 5* hotel or world class lodge as Assistant Manager.

Has an understanding of housekeeping and maintenance procedures.

Up to date with the latest developments in F&B, lodges, and international hospitality.
