MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the LBIC/ LBLIC

Executive Manager:

Operations with Data Management, Policy Systems Administration, Management Reporting and Business Analysis for Short term and Long term insurance business.

To provide high quality data having planned, implemented, integrated and controlled activities and processes to ensure availability, usability, integrity, compliance and security of data.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant 4 year Commercial/IT Degree/Computer Science
  • 58 years Data management
  • 58 years Report design, layout and presentation of MIS
  • 58 years Short term and/or Life general insurance experience
  • 58 years Data Analysis

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Data Management
  • Knowledge of Short term and long term insurance industry
  • Data Analysis
  • Report design, layout and presentation of MIS
